For a few years now I’ve been ordering and sampling Biltong and Jerky from around the country but faced the issue with the relatively unhealthy nature of beef jerky over Biltong. When I was able to find a Biltong brand like Monty’s that offers a Halal snack with 0 grams of sugar and that much protein I was elated and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint! Monty’s is officially my go-to snack for meat with a great taste and without the guilt of unhealthy calories! Chili was my favorite!
